Orders & Measurements

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements at the time of order.

• Any changes in body measurements after placing the order will not be the responsibility of Admire Tailor.

Fittings & Alterations

• One free alteration is provided within 7 days of delivery.

• Additional alterations may be chargeable.

Fabric & Materials

• Customers can provide their own fabric or choose from our collection.

• Admire Tailor is not liable for defects in customer-provided fabric.

Delivery & Timelines

• Standard delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Urgent/express orders may incur extra charges.

• Admire Tailor will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but cannot be held liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm an order.

• Balance payment must be made upon delivery.

• Payments once made are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled.

• Refunds are not applicable on custom-tailored garments.

Care Instructions

• Admire Tailor will provide care instructions for each garment.

• We are not responsible for damage caused due to improper washing or handling after delivery.

Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the tailoring service provided.

• We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed events or opportunities, due to garment delays.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be settled under local jurisdiction laws where Admire Tailor operates.

Policy Updates

• Admire Tailor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
